Zeiders' Home Inspections was founded by Cyris Zeiders!

Originally a technology nerd, Cyris transitioned to selling Real Estate in 2020. After a few successful years of sales, Cyris wanted to learn more and more to become a one-stop shop of housing knowledge.

In 2023, Cyris became National Home Inspection Examination certified and jumped feet first in the information rabbit hole of home construction, styles, designs, and more.

Now, Cyris is the guy who, while driving down the road, points out poor grading, damaged siding, and anything else he notices no matter how unimpressed his wife is with his findings.

As a self-titled “Housing Nerd” it is Cyris’ goal to give you a comprehensive report about your home, or soon to be home. Purchasing a home is no small milestone and by having it inspected you can ensure your home is safe for you and your family.
